Refund policy
At Tango, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality leather products that meet their expectations. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a strict refund policy as follows:
Eligibility for Refund
- Refunds are only available for items that are defective, damaged or incorrect.
- The item must be returned within 3 days of receipt.
- The item must be returned in its original packaging and condition.
- Custom-made or personalized items are not eligible for a refund.

No refunds will be provided for jackets purchased in the wrong size; replacements only with $50 shipping and handling charges.
Procedure for Refund
- Contact our customer service team within 3 days of receipt to request a refund.
- Provide our customer service team with a photo or description of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.
- You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7 business days if your refund is accepted.
Refund Amount
- Refunds will be for the full purchase price of the item, excluding shipping and handling charges that is $90.
Exceptions to Refund Policy
- In the event that the item is no longer in stock, we will offer you a store credit or exchange for a similar item.
- If the item is returned after 3 days of receipt, we will not be able to offer a refund.
- There is no refund in case of slight difference in leather color or shine, colors or shine may vary due to lighting and the device you are using to access photos / videos on our website.
- Leather is a natural material and it might slight vary from photos on our website, no refund will be issued in case of slight difference in pattern, grain or wrinkles, since every hide is different from other.

Replacement Policy
To be eligible for a replacement under this policy, customers must meet the following criteria:
a. The jacket must have been purchased within the last 3 days from the date of the replacement request.
b. The customer must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.
c. The jacket must be in new, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.
Replacement Procedure
Customers seeking a replacement due to an incorrect product size must follow the steps below:
a. Contact our customer service team via email to initiate the replacement process.
b. Provide the required proof of purchase, as well as a detailed explanation of the sizing issue.
c. Once the replacement request is approved, the customer will be required to pay a $50 deductible fee before the replacement process can proceed.
d. The customer will be responsible for returning the original product to our specified return address, at their own expense. The jacket must be shipped with a tracking number and adequate insurance to cover potential loss or damage during transit.
e. Once the original jacket is received and inspected by our team, we will send the replacement in the correct size, subject to availability. In case the desired size is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative product or a refund for the original purchase price minus the $90 shipping and handling charges.
Exclusions and Limitations
This Replacement Policy for incorrect size does not cover the following situations:
a. Jackets purchased from unauthorized retailers, resellers, or third-party platforms.
b. Jackets that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
c. Jackets returned without the original tags, packaging, or proof of purchase.
d. Jackets damaged due to improper care, misuse, or accidents.

We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time, without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other official communication channels. It is the customer's responsibility to review this policy periodically to stay informed about any updates.
